Screeners

Mental health screeners

Brief, plain-language check-ins for the things people most often wonder about — mood, anxiety, trauma, focus, sleep, and more. Each takes 1-3 minutes and gives you a clear, gentle read on what you’re noticing. They’re educational tools, not a diagnosis, but they can help you put words to what you feel and decide what to do next.

How to choose a screener

  • Start broad if you're not sure

The Mental Health Test covers mood, anxiety, trauma, and focus in one short check-in.

  • Pick the closest match if something specific stands out

If a single area dominates how you feel, the focused screener (depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc.) goes deeper on that area.

  • Take more than one if it helps

Mental health rarely fits one box. Two short screeners give a fuller picture without much extra time.

  • Treat results as a starting point

These screeners are educational. They are not a diagnosis. Use them to notice patterns and bring something concrete to a conversation with a clinician.
